Avv. Giuseppe Sambataro

After research periods in Belgium, Palestine and Chile, in 2016 he graduated at the University of Trento with a thesis on comparative criminal law regarding the crime of torture, supervisor Professor Gabriele Fornasari.

In 2019 he was admitted to the bar.

He mainly deals with criminal law, labour law and immigration law, with particular attention to the international dimension.

From October 2019 to May 2020 he did an intership at the European Center for Consitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin, where he collaborated on strategic litigation projects concerning, inter alia, the use of armed drones and the responsibilities of European states for human rights violations committed in third countries.

He speaks English, French, Spanish and basic German.

He collaborates with newspapers and scientific journals.
